Technical Details – High-Quality Materials and Modern Features

The top of the Ortega RTPG-LS2 TourPlayer classical guitar with gig bag is made of solid spruce with a decorative bird’s-eye maple veneer. Spruce is one of the most popular tonewoods in guitar making because it offers a clear attack, brilliant highs, and high dynamics. The striped maple veneer also lends the guitar a particularly elegant appearance.

The back and sides are made of solid okoumé. This wood delivers a warm and resonant tone with balanced mids and pleasant bass. Combined with the solid top, it produces a lively and versatile sound.

The okoumé neck ensures stability and comfortable playability. Thanks to the integrated 2-way truss rod, the neck curvature can be precisely adjusted, allowing the instrument to be optimally adapted to different playing styles.

The laurel fingerboard offers a comfortable feel and precise response. With a total of 22 frets, the guitar offers an extended range, which is particularly appealing for modern playing techniques and solo parts.

The 650 mm scale length ensures balanced string tension and a familiar playing feel. The narrower nut width of 48 mm allows for a comfortable grip and facilitates quick chord changes.

An ergonomic highlight is the integrated armrest. This ensures a relaxed playing posture and increases comfort during longer playing sessions or performances.

The stylish body binding made of striped maple adds elegant visual accents along the body and underscores the guitar’s high-quality character.

For amplified performances, the Ortega RTPG-LS2 TourPlayer classical guitar (includes gig bag) is equipped with the rechargeable Ortega Magus Grand pickup system. This modern system delivers natural sound reproduction and allows for precise control of the amplified signal—ideal for the stage, studio, or recording.

The natural high-gloss finish with eye-catching graphics makes this guitar a real head-turner and gives it a modern and distinctive look.

The package also includes a specially designed TourPlayer gig bag that reliably protects the instrument and ensures comfortable transport.
